I've painted cabin top with bright side off white 4381 mixed with inter grip non skid compound 2398C.
Turned out to bright for my boat.
I want to paint another coat with bright side Hatteras off white 4208 mixed with non skid compound.
Do I need to sand between the layers? And if yes with what? As the surface is now rough with compound.
Or is it enough to clean it and wipe with 333 thinner?
Should I use:
A/ yellow foam roller that holds more paint but more air bublles as well?
B/ white close cell roller for smooth surfaces?
C/ short mohair roller?
I will appreciate profesionall advise.
