I am having issues with orange peel finish in Cetol gloss.  I applied 3 coats of Cetol Natural Teak followed by 2 coats (currently) of gloss.  I believe that the orange peel may have actually started in the Natural Teak but seems to have gotten worse with the gloss.  I was hoping that the orange peel finish would diminish with successive coats, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

The question is should I just apply my last coat of gloss and sand down the bumps later or should I sand now before applying the 3rd coat of gloss.  I am hoping that I can sand the bumps down within the gloss rather than going all the way down to the Natural Teak.

Thoughts on this?  It is really a bummer because there has been a ton of prep work that has gone into this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
