I had the bottom blasted on my boat to remove 30yrs of bottom paint . There are a few small blisters but for the age of the boat not to bad, its maybe a dozen if that , ( which have been opened up to dry out). My question is do I coat the bottom with the interprotect before I repair the blisters and then recoat over the repair or do I repair and fair the bottom first then apply the interprotect ? I will be using Epoxy with some csm and or watertite fairing compound to repair and fair the bottom ?  Its a 38 ft and I only want to do this once lol its a lot of sanding . Thanks in advance

No hard and fast rules but soaking the ground out spots with thin epoxy resin that will penetrate a bit then doing your build-up with thickened resin, then fairing then applying barrier coat is more typical.  Don't see a need for csm in that application and could possibly introduce some adhesion issues IMO.
